We believe that America is richer thanks to the diversity of its ethnic cultures. The Polish culture has been and is today a significant contributor to the American culture. Therefore, the Polish Cultural Foundation accepts as its mission to (1) support Polish culture, including the study of language, arts (fine arts, theater and film) and history; (2) initiate and sponsor activities which preserve Polish and Polish-American heritage in American schools and universities, as well as in Polish-American families and organizations; (3) initiate and sponsor activities which spread knowledge of Polish and Polish-American cultural and historical achievements among American groups, societies and schools; (4) assist Polish-Americans residing in Western New York who wish to study Polish history, institutions, culture and language; and (5) publish materials dealing with topics of Polish and Polish-American interest, with particular emphasis on the contributions of Poles and Polish-Americans to the Western New York Community.
